MEMBERSHIP TERM AND FEES
If accepted, membership is offered on a rolling monthly basis at a rate of two hundred forty-nine dollars ($249.00) per month. Upon enrollment, Member agrees to an initial commitment of three (3) months. Member will be charged for two (2) months($498) and will receive one month of membership at no charge. The complimentary month has no cash value and is non-transferable. Following the initial three-month period, membership continues at a month-to-month basis unlesscanceled by the Member. Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Member may cancel membership at any time after the initial three-month commitment by providing notice prior to the day of the month their billing cycle began. Payments processed prior to cancellation are not refundable. Failure to cancel prior to the billing date authorizes Company to charge the Member for the upcoming month.
